Opportunity Toolkit was built by Luke and Jack, two Australians who learned the hard way that being good at your job and being good at getting a job are completely different skills. After using what they’d learned to help friends land roles in law, marketing, and game design, they built a system to make it repeatable. A qualified career counsellor oversees the methodology. Every project runs through rigorous quality control. And if it’s not right, you don’t pay.

Our Quality Promise

We guarantee you’ll be proud to put your name on your career documents. If you’re not, we’ll make it right. With our Create stream, you get the chance to review full drafts and shape the direction before anything is finalised. Every application material includes a refinement round at no extra cost.

With our Refine stream, your Audit or Revamp is built to the same professional standards, and if it contains errors or omissions, we’ll correct them. If something’s not right after delivery, tell us within 14 days and we’ll make it right. If we can’t meet professional standards, you get a full refund. All of this is backed by Australian Consumer Law, because that’s how it should work.

Every project starts with a positioning strategy built around your background, your goals, and the roles you’re targeting. Your documents are never templated or auto-generated. We’ve built frameworks grounded in research: how recruiters scan documents, how tracking systems filter candidates, what influences hiring decisions.

A practitioner applies that expertise to your situation, leading every strategic decision, every quality check, and every sign-off. AI operates within those frameworks to support the work, but a human shapes it throughout. You can walk into an interview and discuss every element confidently, because everything is true and grounded in what you told us.

We review your information, build a positioning strategy, and develop your documents with quality checks throughout. If we need clarification, we’ll reach out. Create clients get a chance to provide feedback via their client portal before we finalise. Once everything’s ready, your completed documents are uploaded there and we let you know by email.

Refine clients receive their completed Audit or Revamp via a secure link. If you start with just an Audit and decide you’d also like us to revamp your resume as well, you can upgrade at any time and you’ll only pay the difference.

Create clients get a chance to review full drafts before anything is finalised, and provide feedback on direction, emphasis, or content. Every application material (resumes, cover letters, etc.) includes a refinement round after delivery for adjustments and phrasing tweaks. Strategic materials like Audits and Career Playbooks are delivered as complete works, but if they contain errors or omissions, we’ll correct them.

If we don’t meet professional standards, we’ll make it right at no additional cost, up to and including a full refund. You have 14 days from final delivery to raise any concerns. See our Terms of Service for the full details.

The Professional Profile (Create intake) takes 30 minutes or more, though you’re welcome to take as long as you like. The more you give us, the better your documents will be. The Resume Audit form (Refine intake) takes about 5 to 10 minutes. After that, we handle the work.

Create clients can review drafts and provide feedback before we finalise, but it’s not required. If you’d rather we proceed straight to delivery, you can let us know in your Professional Profile or simply skip the review stage.

Create: Drafts within 5 business days, finals within 8. Priority service gets you drafts within 3, finals within 5.

Refine: Audits within 3 business days, Revamps within 4. Priority service gets you Audits within 1, Revamps within 2.
