You’ll receive prioritised recommendations and rewritten examples you can implement yourself. Need both documents assessed? The Full Picture ($100) covers both in one brief.

The Revamp ($125) includes the full Audit plus the finished document with every recommendation implemented. You get a revised document in Word and PDF, ready to send. Need both documents revamped? That’s the Overhaul ($200). If your Audit reveals issues beyond what revision can solve, we’ll tell you honestly. If you move to our full Create service, $75 is credited toward it.

Choose your stream and get started. For Create, complete your Professional Profile: about 30 minutes, covering your career history, goals, strengths, and the context we need to position you effectively. For Refine, complete your Career Compass: upload your resume, cover letter, or both, and answer a few questions about where you’re heading. About 10 minutes.

Your progress saves automatically, and you can return anytime within 90 days. Once you submit, you’ll receive a confirmation email and we’ll get to work.

For Create, we review your submission and develop your strategic positioning: how best to frame your experience for your target market. If we need clarification, we’ll reach out by email. Otherwise, we’ll deliver your final materials within 4 business days. If you’ve chosen to review drafts, drafts arrive within 2 days of submission, with finals following 2 days after your feedback.

For Refine, Career Snapshot, Audit, and Full Picture orders are delivered within 2 business days. Revamp and Overhaul orders within 3.

• Full Picture ($100): the same, for both your resume and cover letter.
• Revamp ($125): the full Audit plus your document rewritten and ready to send, in Word and PDF.
• Overhaul ($200): the full Audit plus revised versions of both, in Word and PDF.

Yes. Audit to Revamp: $75 is credited, so you pay $50. Full Picture to Overhaul: $75 is credited, so you pay $125. Moving from any Refine product to Create? $75 is credited toward any Create product.

We accept all major credit and debit cards, Google Pay, and Afterpay. Payment is collected when you submit your order and processed securely through Stripe.

Create materials are delivered within 4 business days. If you’d like to review drafts first, drafts are delivered within 2 business days, you then have up to 4 business days to review, with finals following 2 business days after your feedback. For Refine, Career Snapshot, Audit, and Full Picture orders are delivered within 2 business days. Revamp and Overhaul orders within 3.

At any point where we need your input, whether that’s draft feedback or a clarification question, the clock pauses while we’re waiting and resumes when you respond. If we don’t hear back within 4 business days, we’ll proceed with what we have.

When placing a Create order, you’ll get to decide how involved you’d like to be. Hands-on clients receive drafts before anything is finalised, can shape direction and tone, and provide feedback before we deliver finals. Hands-off clients receive finished documents without a draft phase. Both paths deliver the same standard of work, and every application document includes a revision round after delivery.

Strategic materials like the Career Playbook and products in the Refine stream are delivered as complete works, but if they contain errors or omissions, we’ll correct them. Everything we do is covered by our Satisfaction Guarantee. See our Terms of Service for more.

If you believe the finished work doesn’t meet professional standards, contact us within 14 days and we’ll make it right at no additional cost. This applies across all products and both streams. For Create, hands-on clients can shape direction during the draft review stage before anything is finalised, and every application document includes a revision round after delivery.

If you need to cancel, we offer a 50% refund before delivery. For Create clients who opted out of draft review, cancellation isn’t eligible for refund once you’ve submitted, as work begins immediately. See our Terms of Service for full details.

Yes, and it’s built into everything we produce. But ATS optimisation is widely misunderstood. Yes. We collect only what’s necessary to create your materials, and we never share your details with third parties. Project files are retained for 12 months after final delivery, then deleted. What we guarantee is the quality of your career documents: strategically positioned, accurately represented, professionally presented, and designed to get you in the room.
