Where we started
In June 2025, I was deep in the job search. With a criminal justice background, strong credentials, and solid experience, I had plenty to offer on paper, but in practice, nothing to show for it. The advice was everywhere and it all sounded the same: tailor your resume, add keywords, use this template. None of it explained why some applications vanished while others landed interviews. The longer I searched, the less confident I became in what I was bringing to the table.
So I started figuring it out myself. How recruiters actually read documents. What makes hiring managers stop scrolling. What makes skills and experience shine in a competitive, oversaturated job market dominated by applicant tracking systems and seven-second scans. And it worked. I got the job.
But looking around, I realised I wasn’t the only one who’d been stuck in the job search trenches. So, taking what I’d learned, I helped a lifelong mate, Jack, land his dream marketing role after years stuck in medical administration. Then I helped a friend’s sister land a game design role in Germany. Then I helped a lawyer friend secure a position at a Melbourne law firm. People with real capability, who just needed their career documents translated into language employers recognise.

Jack saw what was happening and, as good friends do, pushed me to take it further. Together, we set about building a system to make this repeatable, methodical, and accessible. From that research, we developed the frameworks that govern every project: how experience gets positioned to stand out against the competition, what language gets used to pass applicant tracking systems and resonate with hiring managers, and how achievements get framed for maximum impact.
AI is the delivery mechanism for those frameworks: consistent, rigorous, and structurally incapable of cutting corners.
