Your next career move
deserves a method.

Here’s ours, and what it’ll do for you.

You aren’t being rejected. You aren’t even being seen.

AI sits on both sides of hiring now. Overwhelmed job seekers are using it to keep up, and employers are using it to filter them out. More applications than ever, and fewer of them landing. Now, being qualified is only half the battle. The other half? Positioning, visibility, and the ability to sell yourself with clarity and confidence.

Clearly, there’s a gap here. A gap between your skills and how they’re received. A gap between what you’re putting in and what you’re getting back. A gap between the help you’re getting and the help you need. And ultimately, a gap between you and the opportunities you deserve.

If any of this rings a bell, you’re probably as exhausted as we were.

So we built a system to close the gap.

The Vantage Method is built on comprehensive research into how recruiters actually scan documents, how tracking systems sort and rank candidates, and what genuinely influences hiring decisions in today’s Australian job market.

Far from being recruiters or HR specialists, we started as outsiders who’d learned the hard way that landing the right role and being good at your job are two different skills.

We doubled down, did the work, and built a method based on these three pillars:

Positioning

What’s holding you back, what you’ve got going for you, and how you stack up against your competition. It’s the hardest part to do for yourself, because you’re too close to see what makes it special.

Visibility

Whether a human sees it at all. Recruiters use tracking systems (ATS) to search and rank by keyword, so most resumes aren’t rejected, they’re lost in the pile. We write yours to be found, and to survive the skim.

Credibility

Whether it holds up with a sceptical recruiter. We find the holes they’d pick at and close them first, and everything traces back to what you’ve told us, so you can back every word once you’re in the room.

Using AI is non-negotiable now, but handing full control to AI is shooting yourself in the foot. That’s why a person sets your strategy, while our system applies the research to make sure your application gets seen, read, and remembered. You no longer have to choose between the analytical rigour of AI and the judgement of a human.

Before anything else, we had to try it for ourselves. After years in medical administration, OT co-founder Jack was looking for a change. One in five applications became an interview. Within a week of starting to apply, he landed the marketing role he’d been chasing.

We put the Vantage Method to the test, and it passed. Then we did it again, and again.

Your story becomes your strategy.
Then we put the strategy to work.

The first page of a finished resume: professional summary, key skills and quantified experience.
The first page of a finished cover letter, written for one role.
A page from a finished Career Playbook: positioning summary and elevator pitch.

Your resume puts it on the page.

We find the angle that makes you competitive, the keywords your next employer is looking for, and the evidence they can’t ignore.

Then we weave it together into a carefully constructed argument that gets noticed by ATS, survives the skim, and gets you in the room.

Your cover letter aims it at the role you’re after.

The same positioning, pointed at one job: why this role, why now, why you.

Two letters, each framed for a different target in your search. Four paragraphs and a page, with every claim traceable to something you told us.

Evidence, not adjectives.

Your Career Playbook lays it out in black and white.

The same strategy, turned into the words you’ll actually use.

Where to look and what to lead with. The answers to the questions you’ll be asked. What to say when the offer arrives.

How to explain a gap, brief a referee, build a network from nothing.

Bundles cost less than their parts, and you’ll see your total before you pay a cent. No subscriptions, no hidden fees.

So does a machine write my resume?

No. AI can’t replace the judgement or perspective of a human. That’s why your project is led by a human from start to finish. We use AI, thoughtfully and with robust guardrails, to test every word against volumes of research into what actually gets people hired.

You get the best of both worlds, and no longer have to choose between the authenticity of a human and the analytical rigour of AI.

Do you guarantee interviews or job placement?

No. Anyone who does is overpromising. We can’t control who reads your application, what internal candidates exist, or what a hiring manager decides. What we guarantee is the quality of your career documents: strategically positioned, accurately represented, professionally presented, and designed to get you in the room.

Will it actually sound like me?

Everything in your documents is yours: your experience, your achievements, your goals. A person, not a machine, makes the calls on how it’s positioned and phrased. The Vantage Method’s verification protocols then ensure every last word is authentically yours, so you can stand on it all in the interview.

Isn’t using a professional service cheating?

No. Research suggests only about a third of people can readily name their own strengths. That’s not a character flaw. It’s because seeing your story clearly enough to effectively sell yourself takes distance most of us just don’t have, and draws on a totally different set of skills from the ones that make you good at your job.

What happens after I pay?

You complete your Brief, at your own convenience. It gives us everything we need to get to work. If we need to clarify anything, we’ll reach out by email. Otherwise you’ll have the finished work in 4 business days.

What if it’s not right?

Every application document includes a revision round after delivery. If the finished work doesn’t meet professional standards, tell us within 14 days and we’ll make it right at no extra cost, or refund you.
